Inhalation: Deep breathes from the bottle can help calm one having an asthmatic attach and spasmodic coughing from bronchitis & whooping cough.

Steam Inhalation: 1 - 2 drops in a steam filled bowl of water and placed in a child's room at night to help sooth coughing.  Also very helpful when dealing with a lower respiratory complaint.

Topical Application:   Add to a blend when dealing with irregular menstrual cycle.  Also helps relieve pain and heavy flow.  External application can be used for coughs, bronchitis, hemorrhoids, edema, and sweaty feet.

Diffuse:   Diffuse at night in a child's room to help sooth coughing.  Add a drop or two of lavender and sweet orange to help calm the fright children often experience when sick.

Bath: Add a few drops to a basin of water that has marbles at the bottom.  Massage your feet over the marbles to help move fluid from the feet and ankles.  Do this for 10 minutes.   Relax on your back with feet elevated above your heart for 5 - 10 minutes.  Do this as often as needed.
