Main Use:  All Around Balancer

ROUTES OF APPLICATION:

Inhalation: Three deep inhalation can help with menopausal & PMS symptoms.  Combine with peppermint for a cooling effect or clary sage for hormonal balance.

Steam Inhalation: Great addition to a synergistic blend for those with acne.

Topical Application: Use to help stop bleeding.  Combine with Helichrysum & lemon for an even greater effect.

Diffuse:  Diffuse in the morning to help with PMS & hot flash symptoms.

Bath: A few drops to a warm bath to get fluids moving.  Add a few drops of Geranium and Cypress to a foot bath with epson salt to help with swollen ankles.

Spray Bottle: Use in combination with other insect repelling essential oils for a bug spray.

CAUTIONS & CONTRAINDICATIONS:
*Maximum dermal dilution: 17.5%.  Do NOT use undiluted on the skin.
*NOT FOR INTERNAL USE:  Has GRAS status.  Oral caution with those taking diabetes medication & drugs metabolized by enzyme CYP2B6 due to the constituent of geraniol.
*Low risk of skin sensitization.
*AVOID with dermatitis or on the skin of hypersensitive people.
*Keep out of reach of children.
*Store in a cool dark place.
 

*Avoid contact with eyes and mucus membranes.
