ROUTES OF APPLICATION:

INHALATION: Inhale directly from the bottle to help sooth and calm NERVOUS SYSTEM issues such as, tension, depression, panic, hysteria and nervous exhaustion. It can also be effective for headache, migraine and insomnia.

STEAM INHALATION: This is great for upper and lower respiratory conditions and skin related issues.   Add 2 - 3 drops of essential oil to a steam filled bowl.  Cover your head and the bowl with a towel and inhale for 20 minutes.  Keep EYES CLOSED to prevent oils from burning the eyes.

TOPICAL APPLICATION: Lavender oil is one of the few essential oils that can be used neat on the skin.  Lavender can be applied neat (undiluted) to burns, insect bites and plant stings.  Dilute 5 - 6 drops of essential oil to 1 oz carrier (1%) for fully body massage, skin care, with children 2 - 6 years of age, and with the elderly.  Add up to 30 drop EO to 1 oz carrier (5%) for local application.

DIFFUSER: Add a few drops to a diffuser to help disinfect the air or to help with sleep issues.  Great when combine with Sweet Orange to help lift the mood for those suffering from seasonal depressions.   Place in a child’s room to help encourage peaceful sleep.

BATH: Add 1-3 drops to running water as you are filling a warm bath.  This breaks up large oil droplets which can irritate skin.  Add 1/4 cup of Epson’s salt for a nice detoxing effect.  Only for those 12 years and older.

MIST:  Add 10 - 12 drops to a 1 oz mist bottle and spray onto pillow & over head to help with sleep.  Use 5 - 6 drops in 1 oz mist for
