Calming ~ Mental Chatter ~ Sleep Aid
The Sedation essential oil blend can be a great help when struggling with sleep issues and insomnia.
*Diffuse: Add up to 5 drops to a room diffuser. and 1 - 2 drops to a car diffuser. Diffusing for more than 15 minutes could lead to overexposure.
*Inhalation: Inhale directly from the bottle for 10 - 15 minutes, 2 - 3 times per day. Can also add 10-15 drops to a personal inhaler or 2 drops to a cotton ball and store in a plastic bag. Inhale throughout the day.
*Bath: Add 2 - 3 drops to running water. Add a 1/2 - 1 cup Dead Sea Salt for an even greater effect.
Synergy: organic Sweet Orange (Citrus sinensis) essential oil, organic Ylang Ylang (Cananga odorata) essential oil, organic Jasmine absolute (Jasminum grandiflorum) essential oil, and wild harvested Sandalwood (Santalum album) essential oil.
CAUTION: Not to be used in the first trimester of pregnancy. For external use only. Avoid eye contact. Store in a cool dark place and out of reach of children.
