The best way I have found to assess the status of a chakra is by using a pendulum, called dowsing. The pendulum will either rotate with an open chakra, do nothing when closed, go back and forth for reasons that vary, or wobble which I have come to mean is struggling to open. A healthy open chakra has an outward vortex between 3 - 5 inches diameter. I have read that each chakra alternates clockwise and counter clockwise but I have always seen them rotate clockwise. There are moments in life when both instances are appropriate and needed.
USAGE: For determining which chakra blend you need.
- Place the tip of the pendulum over the dot in the center of the chakra diagram. Ask the pendulum a few simple yes or no questions to establish a connection with divine energy.
- Ask the pendulum to assist you in determining whether a chakra is open (spins), closed (does not move), or struggling for truth (back & forth).
- Start at the Root Chakra. Place the pendulum over the symbol or color and observe. The pendulum will respond according to that describe above. Continue with each charka finishing at the crown.
- You can also use the chart to determine the health of a certain chakra after an encounter with another person’s energy, or when dealing with a life issue that corresponds to that particular chakra.
