Bergamot EO Spray ~ Anxiety | Calming | Uplifting

Bergamot is one of my favorite essential oil sprays when I start to feel stressed and over stimulated.   All I need is a few sprays above my head and a few long, deep, cleansing breaths in through the nose and in moments I start to feel at ease.  

Ingredients:  Distilled Water (H2O) and Organic Bergamot (Citrus bergamia) essential oil.

**It is important to inhale essential oils in through the nose in order to get an effect, emotionally and mentally.  The olfactory neurons are located inside the nose.   Essential oil molecules bind to receptors, causing a signal to be sent directly to the brain.  It is thought that only one chemical molecule can cause and effect. **
