Chakra Balancing Session

Chakra Balancing, to me, is a way of releasing old energies, beliefs, fears, and emotional attachments that are no longer serving. We are often unaware that we are carrying or holding onto these things until we are ready to shift. One may feel stuck, unable to articulate their truth, or lack the courage to "let go" and move toward their vision, and, most of all, feel alone taking their first step. I get it. I have gone through this. We all have. But it wasn't until I developed my chakra blends and started using them on friends, family, and myself that I fully understood how important having a clear, balanced, and open chakra system was to my existence. It is like getting an energetic haircut. The old, split, abused & depleted hair is removed, and we feel lighter and more beautiful. So why hold on if you can let it go? 

During a session, you will have the space to see, process, and let go of anything emotionally, physically, and spiritually that you no longer need to carry at that moment. You will gain compassion for yourself, courage, and a voice to move toward the life you envision. 

I do not hold on to the energies that you release. Therefore, I will not have a memory of what you discussed during your session. I may retain some information for a short time, but I will eventually lose the memories. For this reason, I will provide you a handout to write down any knowings you'd like to keep.

What to expect in your Session: 

Wear comfy clothes as you may end your session lying on a massage table. I encourage you to eat before arriving so you're not distracted by hunger. You're welcome to bring stones, sprays, or items that may help enhance your session. You will be working with oracle decks, crystals, and essential oil blends that I make here in the shop.  I will use a pendulum to determine the status of each chakra. I often feel guided to use crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and other vibrational tools.  All these tools work on your quantum biology field.  Each person's session is unique to their body and souls need at that time.  Arrive with an open mind so you're more receptive to what you need.
