Hi, I’m Dr. Amy! I can’t wait to help you achieve optimal health for clear, radiant skin from the inside out.

I know what it’s like to struggle with embarrassing skin issues—the kind that make you want to hide, cancel plans, or stare endlessly in the mirror, wondering what went wrong. I tried the creams. I tried the prescriptions. But nothing seemed to offer lasting relief.

Unlike many, I did understand early on that my skin was a symptom of something deeper. That’s what drew me to naturopathic medicine. But knowing that and knowing what to actually do about it were two very different things. It took me years to piece it all together—and even longer to find the right combination of nutrition, homeopathy, detox, and mind-body work that truly made a difference.

Like so many people, I was offered steroids and immune-suppressing medications, but I knew there had to be a better way. I didn’t want to silence the symptoms—I wanted to understand and support the message my body was sending.
