Symptoms often include sore throat, stuffy nose, fever, earache, and difficulty swallowing. This blend has been shown to help your body combat infection, reduce fever, and relieve pain. The Ear, Nose & Throat blend is great for individuals who usually get symptoms in the upper respiratory system (ear, nose & throat). Cough & Cold is for individual who usually show symptoms in the lower respiratory system (lungs).

SUGGESTED USAGE:
Massage externally onto the forehead, down the nose, across cheekbones, around the outside of the ears, and on the throat 2 - 3 times daily or as often as needed. Take three deep breaths from the palms after application.

INGREDIENTS: 
Organic Jojoba (Simmondsia chinensis) oil, organic Tamanu (Calophyllum inophyllum) seed oil, organic Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus) essential oil, organic Tea Tree (Melaleuca alternifolia) essential oil, organic Scotch Pine (Pinus sylvestris) essential oil, organic Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) essential oil, and organic Thyme Borneol (Thymus satureioides) essential oil.

CAUTION:
Avoid if pregnant or have high blood pressure. Not appropriate for children under 12 & the elderly. For external use only. Always test a small amount first for sensitivity or allergic reaction. Discontinue use if there is a reaction.
