Epsom Salt is used to help soothe muscle pain, relieve aching feet, for stress relief, reduce inflammation, and detoxify the body.
To Use: Use 1/2 cup per 50 pounds body weight in a standard tube or hot bath water. Soak for 20+ minutes. Drink 8-16 oz of water before and after bath to help the detoxification process. A binder supplement can also be taken to help bind to toxin for elimination. Use 1-2 times per week.
