Set your intention when smudging for spiritual, energetic, and negativity clearing purposes. Open a window in each room to allow smoke & unwanted energies to escape.

To Light:
Light Lavender  bundle with a match. Once lit, blow out the flame. Use a shell or fireproof bowl to catch ash as you direct the smoke with a feather or your hand over yourself, someone else or around an area.

To Extinguish:
When you are done smudging gently tap the end into an abalone shell or fireproof bowl.

Caution: Use with extreme caution. Do not leave burning or smoldering stick unattended. Keep out of reach of children.
