Set your intention when smudging for spiritual, energetic, and negativity-clearing purposes. Open a window in each room to allow smoke & unwanted energies to escape.

☽ BURN ☾
Light the end of the White Sage bundle until it catches fire. Blow the flame out, then fan the smoke with a feather or wave it back and forth to keep the bundle smoking. Use a shell or fireproof bowl to catch ash as you waft the sacred smoke with the feather, directing it over yourself, someone else, or an area to bring the potent power of this sacred plant into your life.

☽ EXTINGUISH ☾
When you are done, gently tap the end into an abalone shell or fireproof bowl.

Use with extreme caution. Do not leave a burning or smoldering stick unattended. Keep out of reach of children.
