Women's Balance Essential Oil Synergy

Fluctuating hormone levels during menopause and PMS often cause very uncomfortable side effects such as hot flashes, headache, nausea, fluid retention, depression, irritability, and mood swings. The Women’s Balance Synergy has been shown to be very effective at supporting the body during these times.

USAGE:
*Diffuse: Add up to 5 drops to a room diffuser. and 1 - 2 drops to a car diffuser.  Diffusing for more than 15 minutes could lead to overexposure.
*Inhalation: Inhale directly from the bottle for 10 - 15 minutes, 2 - 3 times per day.  Can also add 10-15 drops to a personal inhaler or 2 drops to a cotton ball and store in a plastic bag.  Inhale throughout the day.
*Bath:  Add 2 - 3 drops to running water.  Add a 1/2 - 1 cup Dead Sea Salt for an even greater effect.

INGREDIENTS:
Organic Clary Sage (Salvia sclarea) essential oil, organic Peppermint (Mentha piperta) essential oil, organic Geranium (Pelargonium graveolens) essential oil, organic Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare)  essential oil, and organic Bergamot (Citrus bergamia) essential oil.
