USAGE:
Shake well. Mist over head and breath in deep. Do this as often as needed starting the week prior to menstruation, during a hot flash and at night onto your pillow to help with night sweats.

Distilled water (H2O), organic Clary Sage (Salvia sclarea), organic Peppermint (Mentha piperta), organic Geranium (Pelargonium graveolens), organic Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) and organic Bergamot (Citrus bergamia).

I love the Women's Balance. I recently have been so cranky. Breathing the synergy in 3 times so helps my anxiety and my thoughts to just settle down. Thanks so much for helping to tame the every day crazy!

Works Wonders
I am a "woman of a certain age" who has struggled for years with hot flashes and night sweats.
Some are due to medication side effects, some to menopause. It seemed like I never had a normal body temp; I was sweating when everyone else around me was comfortable!
I use compounded bioidentical hormones and saliva testing by my doctor always indicates everything in the normal range, go figure! I had resigned myself to the situation until I started using this product. A quick spritz every morning and evening relieved my symptoms immediately and almost completely.
