Eucalyptus EO Spray ~ Energizing | Mental Stimulant | Respiratory-Aid

Eucalyptus is my go to for all things respiratory.  I diffuse it, inhale it straight from the bottle, or spray it all around.  It's also energizing and stimulating to the mind.

Ingredients:  Distilled Water (H2O) and Organic Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus) essential oil.

**It is important to inhale essential oils in through the nose in order to get an effect, emotionally and mentally.  The olfactory neurons are located inside the nose.   Essential oil molecules bind to receptors, causing a signal to be sent directly to the brain.  It is thought that only one chemical molecule can cause and effect. **
