Frankincense EO Spray ~ Meditation | Respiratory-Aid

Spraying Frankincense helps call in peace and connection to self,  release worry in the mind, and clear the energies within a sacred space prior meditation and prayer.  Frankincense is on the sustainability watch list, so I prefer to use it for energetic purpose more than an a respiratory-aid.  Eucalyptus would be my first choice instead.

Ingredients:  Distilled Water (H2O) and Organic Frankincense (Boswellia carterii) essential oil.

**It is important to inhale essential oils in through the nose in order to get an effect, emotionally and mentally.  The olfactory neurons are located inside the nose.   Essential oil molecules bind to receptors, causing a signal to be sent directly to the brain.  It is thought that only one chemical molecule can cause and effect. **
